  • The client agrees to pay for the current month in full.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

This policy ensures flexibility while allowing us to maintain service continuity.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the applicable rate will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

 

 

5. Delivery and Service Access

For digital products (e.g., online courses, coaching), access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
For physical products, delivery times are indicated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers (e.g., shipping companies).
Exception: Certain short programs (less than 15 days or up to one month maximum) are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

 

 

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For long-term commitments (e.g., coaching programs or subscription-based courses), clients may cancel at any time under the following conditions:

• The client must notify the cancellation at least 14 days in advance.
• The client agrees to pay for the current month in full.
• No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

As our services consist of online programs and session bookings, we offer a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

For scheduled coaching sessions or online bookings, cancellations made within the 14-day withdrawal period will be eligible for a refund. However, once the session is confirmed and within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

For online courses and digital content, refunds are only available within 14 days if the course has not been accessed. Once access is granted, refunds will not be processed.

🚨 Important Exception: Some short-term programs (less than 15 days or up to one month maximum) are non-refundable. These programs will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. By purchasing these specific programs, the customer acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be provided.

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the services beyond the specified period.

 

 

7. Liability and Warranties

We are committed to ensuring the proper functioning of the website and the compliance of the services offered.

However, we shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or any direct or indirect damage caused by using the website.
